before thanksgiving we headed up to NYC with the girls to visit with some of our very best friends (that just relocated to brooklyn) and to finally meet sarah + ben. wow, we simply adore them! they are both french + even from the same neighborhood near paris but interestingly enough met each other in NYC through sarah's matchmaker cousin : ) they are about to relocate to london so we needed to get their engagement session scheduled before the big move. did i mention that they are getting married in italy?!? we met up at their apartment on the upper west side + then they wanted to venture off to coney island for the session. we ducked into this quaint french cafe for some hot chocolate to warm up in the lower east side + finished off the session. it was defintely one of days that you just did not want to end. here are a ton of our favorites....

we just love san francisco! easily towards the top of my 'favorite' city list! it was so great to finally meet kristine + kent and get to know them a bit better while venturing around town for their engagement session. here's a few of our favorites from the afternoon. ps... i can still smell the eucalytus trees that were everywhere while we were wandering near the presidio (wooded areas). one of the best scents on earth.
