| okay, i thought it would be great to have a little Q + A section of some things that we get asked all the time.
do you shoot weddings digitally or with film? DIGITALLY. we still have a special place in our hearts for film and use it a lot in our personal work but love the immediacy that digital offers for the fast pace of a wedding. do you bring backup equipment to the weddings? ABSOLUTELY. we use all professional canon gear and lenses and we have backup equipment with us for sure! do you shoot more than one wedding event per day? NO WAY. period. i know you are based in atlanta but will you travel to my awesome destination wedding? HECK YEAH. we love to travel and we secretly dream of being nomads! how long have you been shooting weddings? THIRTEEN YEARS. wow, that time and the 300+ weddings have just flown by! scott has been immersed in various mediums of photography since he was 8 years old. do you shoot all weddings together? NO. someone has to stay home with the kiddos! scott shoots all weddings with a second photographer! will you save our wedding date for us, pretty please? ABSOLUTELY. but first we need a signed wedding contract AND a non refundable retainer to make it official. do you accept cash, checks and credit cards for payment? YES. we take it all. i am back from my honeymoon and i am dying to see the images from the wedding, are they ready yet??? NO. not unless you were lucky enough to have a ~8 week honeymoon! we have the online image gallery ready to share within ~8 weeks from your wedding date. we promise we will email the links as soon as they are ready. do you offer custom wedding albums/books? YES. we offer the flushmount renaissance 'soho' books + we also offer a line of fine art coffee table books that are very modern. we offer parent albums in both options, too! do i get copies of my wedding image files? YES. all of our wedding collections offer the release of your digital wedding negatives in high resolution format at the three month wedding anniversary for your unlimited usage + personal printing. so make sure we know how to find you after the wedding : ) is it true that you two are high school sweethearts? HIP HIP HOORAY! yes, we have been lucky enough to know each other for more than half of our lives! after many years of dating we got married + we just celebrated our 17 year anniversary last october! |
