we keep pinching ourselves to see if we're in some sort of technicolor dream or if we truly have the perfect job that allows us to work with such brilliant couples each year. we're finally convinced that we're just very very lucky! enter melissa + aj into the equation...they are the kind of couple that just lights up a room. they're fun, charming, stylish + have an amazing connection with each other. melissa's exuberance for all things wedding has been so exciting to be a part of, too. i love getting emails from her + hearing about the details of their wedding as they unfold! so when it was time to chat about the vision + feel of their engagement session, i knew that she would have some fantastic ideas! scott has a bit of an obsession with vintage cars + has a few of his own and i knew that one of them would work perfectly for the shoot. i just love the way the images turned out + here's just a few that we're totally smitten with....

adam + scott headed to jekyll island for a friday wedding in october + they both came back raving about the weekend. adam met renee + kyle awhile back at a neighborhood pub + they've been friends ever since. so naturally when they announced their wedding plans they knew they wanted adam to document the celebration! when you combine a wedding that includes travel + the coolest couple that are also your friends + very fun wedding guests that know how to throw down + cute kids doing their thing + shrimp and grits for dinner + a post wedding 3am swim in the ocean with the wedding party while it's a full moon....well, that just about equals utopia in the wedding realm for these boys! i've not have the fortune of meeting this lovely couple yet so i'm going to let the images do the rest of the talking. here's a few of adam + scott's top picks...

when we were vacationing in martha's vineyard a few months ago, we received a request for one of our images to be printed in the newest issue of destination weddings & honeymoon magazine. the selected image is from kim + basil's wedding at one of our favorite venues...you guessed it, serenbe! it's really hard to believe they were married over 2 years ago! a huge congrats to both of them since they just welcomed a baby girl into the world a few months ago! thanks again to serenbe + gloriosa for choosing to highlight this wedding in the main wedding gallery on the serenbe website. over the last 2.5 years, we've had the amazing good fortune to work with so many wonderful clients at serenbe (and other venues) after they found out about us from seeing this wedding on the site!
